1983- Many strange circumstances lead Fingering Gottlieb to reform on Earth.
- FG signs to the Geffen Records for $500 million a member
- "Exploding Fetus EP" recorded in the back of Chris Sniper's Camero
- G. smashes a guitar over David Geffen's head during a business meeting ends up in prison
- Fingering Gotlieb accidentally perform on the rubble of the Marine baracks in Beruit, Lebanon (the US State Department
bans them from performing in the US for 3,000 years)
1984- Exploding Foetus EP released. It would go on to sell 10 million copies in
its first year of release.
- World tour entitled "EP Go Home Tour" begins
- Metallica and Jethro Tull open for FG Starting in July at Seatle's King Dome.
- FG sell out 20 Madison Square Garden shows in 3 hours in August
- Fingering Gotlieb perform at the opening ceremonies for the Los Angeles Olympics
- Skeet wins the gold medal for "rocking out"
1985- Fingering Gottlieb returns to Chris's Camero to record their first full length
album "Chainsaw Handjob LP." it would go on to sell 175 million copies
- Radio adopts the single "Do You Wanna Try and Die Now?" as the "new voice of a generation"
- FG headline the "Monsters of Rock Tour"
-Studd beats up Tommy Lee and Vince Neil after they attend church together on Easter, Studd also ends up in the
same jail cell as Axl Rose
1986
- Fingering Gotlieb embarks on a 600 venue tour between January and December
- while performing at Chernobyl USSR FG accidentally blows up their nuclear plant killing millions of people (Dean Finger
turns out ok obviously)
1987- Chris Sniper is horribly injured in a motorcycle accident on a ski slope near the Mississippi
River. Fingering Gottlieb goes on hiatus.
- G. becomes clinically pscho-go-nuts and is institutionalized
- Studd Snooka, Rex and Skeet La Flair, and Rick Insidja start the side project entitled 10293-87-21.
They release the critically praised "
123+09=?@~1 EP" to huge sales
1988
- Studd publishes
The Satanic Verses, enraging many Muslim readers and prompting the
Ayatollah Khomeini to put out a death warrant on Snooka the next year.
1989
- while backing his van out of a parking spot in West Berlin Rex smashes into the Berlin wall, passer bys see this action
and believe he is trying to tear the wall down, the rest comply and the wall is destroyed ending the seperation of the city.

- Fingering Gottlieb reforms
- Chris Sniper returns to the band but now has a robotic arm as a result of his accident
- G. breaks out of his institution where he roomed with Axl Rose
- Gotlieb's comeback album "Running Down Children With Lawnmowers" sells 10 million copies in 3 weeks and goes on
to sell 25 million copies
- The album was produced by the whole band and Rick Rubin, Trent Reznor and Steve Albini
-Peter Frampton guests on the single " Coming Alive On Your Carcass" other guests include, Gene Simons, Michael Jackson,
Slash, Robert Plant, Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Snoop Dogg, Dave Mustaine, Sabastian Baak, Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, Kerry
King, King Diamond, Lemmy Killmister, Steven Tyler and Scott Ian
- FG play legendary comback shows at Budokan, Madison Square Garden, Giants Stadium, Wembley Stadium, Pebble Beach Golf
Course, MTV Unplugged, MTV Live and Loud, Saturday Night Live and the New Ed Sullivan Show hosted by Magic Johnson
- the band plays at the 35th Annual Tailhook Symposium where most are sexually assaulted
- Rex and Skeet talk the band into making a CD that will help out kids that stepped on landmines, "A Very Gotlieb Christmas...Fingering
Gotlieb sings Christmas Carols" was released that Christmas
- The band reads stories and eats cookies and milk with kids that have stepped on landmines on Christmas Eve.
1992
- Rex is arrested for indecent exposure at an old folks home
- Band begins to fall apart after the success of their comback album, when Skeet finds out that "Running Down Children
With Lawnmowers", was banned from WalMart, Skeet burns down the store and pee-pees on the ashes
- The band spirals out of control when headlining that years Lollapalooza tour Studd Snooka gets into a fight with
Layne Staley and Tim Commeford over the last hotdog back stage, he was arrested and released
- Chris Sniper and G. leave Fingering Gotlieb after the Lollapalooza tour after finding out that the band tarnished
their names in a Rolling Stone interview in 1991, they also bashed them to Creme, Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, Gardeners
World, and any other outlet that they could get.
1993
-Fingering Gotlieb now just Rex, Skeet, Studd and Rick search for new lead singer and drummer
- In the mean time Chris Sniper and G. form "Howard and the Hotdogs" with G. on lead vocals/lead guitar and Sniper
on drums and rounding the band out with Brian Eno on keyboards, Jimmy Crespo on rythem guitar and Rick Dufay on bass
- Fingering Gotlieb goes through a series of lead singers including Neil Turbinm, Ian Gillan, David Coverdale, Garry
Cherone, Tony Martin, Jesse James Dupree, and finally settled on Kevin Dubrow
- They also pick up drummer Carmine Appice and released "Electriclly Charged Toilet Seat"
to terrible reviews, the CD fails to sell 10,000 copies over all.
- The new incarnation of Fingering Gotlieb goes on tour opening for
Great White in clubs but ticket sales are terrible
- Howard and the Hotdogs goes on to tour with Nine Inch Nails and sells out every date
- Howard releases the CD "Naming the Funnel" and sells 4 million copies in a year
- In December 1995 Fingering Gotlieb breaks up after their final show at the Roseland Ballroom in New York when only
20 people show up (most looking for the bourlesque house that was next door)
1994- Skeet joins the cast of General Hospital and soon falls for a that chick from the show
- Rex gets a job cleaning mixing boards at a recording studio
- Studd gets a job as an ultimate fighter
- Rick goes on to play keyboards for an Alabama (the band not the state) cover band
- Howard and the Hotdogs continues to tour supporting their cd
1995
- Fingering Gotlieb reunites at the MTV Video Music Awards but they stand on 6 seperate stages on 3 continents, all hopes
of reuniting are lost
--Rick finds out he's pregnant but then 3 days later realizes it was just gas
--Howard and the Hotdogs wins 30 Grammys in one night, most of them for categories they didn't even qualify for.
--Fingering Gotlieb offically calls it quits again.
--10293-87-21 attempts to make another CD, this time with Raffi as their producer. the album went over like a lead
balloon (which ironically was the title) but Robert Plant sued the band and won all their money, Plant in tern ate all
the money in front of the band in the parking lot of the court house in London.
1996
- Van Halen copies the Video Music Awards idea, G eats Michael Anthony's left arm backstage.
--Skeet wins a Daytime Emmy for his role on General Hospital
--Rex joins U2 but is fired later that afternoon because he accidentally knocked off The Edge's hat
--G and Sniper release the second Howard and the Hotdogs album entitled "Infinite Rider on the Big Dogma".
--Studd can't stand earth anymore and joins NASA in order to "get the hell out of this place".
--Rick talked to his girlfriend on the phone most of the time.
1997
--Mike Ganley enters high school
--Presient Clinton is still in the White House
--Rick hosts a charity benefit which promises to reunite The Monkees, however the limo driver accidentally went to the
zoo instead of the hotel and picked up monkeys which caused everyone in the crowd to get HIV from the ravenous
apes.
1998
- Studd Snooka gets into a ballooning accident in November
- The old and new members of the band rush to Studds side and there are a lot of "what are you doing here"s in the hospital
room
- as the members stood by Studds side they realized that they should get back together if Studd survives, G. and Chris
agree and later that week on Thanksgiving Day, Studd recovers and the band reunites
- On New Years Eve 1998 the original lineup of Fingering Gotlieb with G.drums and Chris Sniper on lead vocals started
recording their second comeback album
1999
- Fingering Gotlieb returns and releases their comeback "Barbed Wire Noose" CD in May and sell 10 million copies

- Fingering Gotlieb goes back on tour headlining for various bands
- Fingering Gotlieb records a concert at Budokan and release it in January 2001
- Skeet is a final candidate to donate sperm to be the father of Melissa Etheridge's child but lost out to David Crosby
2000
- Fingering Gotlieb tours extensivly
- the band plays at the New Years Millenium celebration in New York City
- Rex uses the name Rick Rockwell and goes on "Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionare and ends up marrying Darva

2001
- the band plays several tribute shows for the victums of the terrorist attacks
- the US State Department discovers that the band has been performing in the US 18 years after they were banned.
All 5 members are imprisoned for violating terrorism laws but are released when they get Lionel Hutz as their attorney
- The men pay a 30 million dollar fine to the State Department and are officially cleared by Attorney General John Ashcroft
2003
- Fingering Gotlieb returns to the studio to record their fourth full length album with the original lineup
- the day their 4th album was realeased the band broke up again and all men vowed that they would never speak to each
other again
- Bombing Japan and Playing Hiroshima Clips on Stage, Live From Buddakan in Japan <Live at Budokan> (2001)
- HIV Organ Donor is released September 2

- the band moves into their new home at 1134 North Beechwood Drive in Burbank, California
- Skeet has a new fear of cameras and the band is trying to talk him into doing a photoshoot soon
